Water Security
The project includes splitting the existing system into a municipal backup system, and an alternative water system which will feed water to toilets and cooling towers only.

Delivering more than 80kL of alternative water a day, this project represents a substantial, ongoing monetary saving to the owners of the mall.

A new borehole
A new borehole that - once licensed - will give additional water security, has been drilled.
Clearedge has begun the process of applying for a water use license from the Department of Water Affairs. Watch this space for future updates.
